This mini-course reviews the Head Start Monitoring Protocol and gives ideas to prepare for a monitoring review.

This is a 3-step process:

Step 1: View a pre-recorded PowerPoint overview of the monitoring process and protocol;

Step 2: Divide into teams with a designated facilitator and review assigned section or sections of the protocol. Answer study questions and prepare a presentation.

Step 3: Presentations and reports. Present each section of the protocol in a 5 minute presentation to the rest of the group. This tells how your program carries out the protocol. The 11 presentations could be a report also. Make it interesting.

You decide how to design this project as one workshop or two workshops.
